A design is created using the selected interior design features by the client (Blueprints, 3D Renderings, VR Walkthrough, Mood Board, Selection Board).
A specific quote of cost of products is created.
The design and quote is presented to the client at the Klingbeil Interior Design Showroom using the method requested.

Customer signs off on design and Purchase Order. A 50% charge is required on all special order purchases. If working with a Contractor with a Klingbeil Account, Purchases will go through that contractor and 50% is not required to Klingbeil. In this case, all charges will come from the contractor.
The item is manufactured and delivered to Klingbeils.
Contractors and clients are able to pick up the item at any time after it arrives at KLC.
Once picked up and delivered, the sale order will be invoiced to the client’s account (or contractor if working with a Klingbeil Co account holding contractor). All warranty, care, and spec sheets will be sent to the customer.
